Shipping policy

 

SHIPPING

Deliveries are made during office hours on working days.

Your orders are processed within 1-3 working days. During busy periods, your order may take us a bit longer to process. If this is the case, you will be notified via e-mail.

Please note that delivery times are indicative only and do not include processing time nor customs management delays.


Metropolitan France

Standard:  2-4 business days with Colissimo.

Express: 1-2 business days with DHL.

Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

 

European Union (excludes overseas territories)

Standard:  3-15 business days with Colissimo.

Express:  1-3 business days with DHL.

 

International (non-EU)

Express:  2-5 business days with DHL.


BORNEO shall not be held liable for any customs duties, import taxes (e.g. VAT and tariffs), or other fees imposed by the destination country in connection with international shipments. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Packages that are abandoned or withheld by customs authorities are not eligible for a refund. Refunds will only be processed once the goods have been returned to BORNEO in compliance with our return policy. Please note that any return shipping costs will be deducted from the refundable amount.

BORNEO is not responsible for any delays that may occur in transit.

Please note that Standard shipping is only available for limited countries and for parcels under 2kg.


US TAX & DUTIES

All US orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — meaning import taxes, duties, and tariffs are included in the final price for a seamless delivery experience.

These fees are paid directly to US Customs at the time of import and are therefore non-refundable in the event of a return. As a result, exchanges are not available for US customers.


RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be unworn with all original packaging. This includes hygiene liners and tags untampered and still attached.
