Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Note that all returns are required to be shipped to our location in France at the customer's expense.

This product is 100% cotton, and we encourage you to upcycle the bag when it can not longer be used. However, if this is not feasible, send it back to us.
We are recycling our products with TerraCycle® via their Zero Waste Box™ solution. Just send an email to recycle@borneo-paris.com
