We pride ourselves in our high quality materials and manufacture. However, to ensure its longevity make sure you rinse in cold water and dry flat in the shade after wearing.

Shipping & Returns

All U.S. & Canadian orders are shipped from France with express delivery and tracking.

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and hygiene stickers intact.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and returns must be sent to France (DDP).

Since all U.S. and Canadian orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — meaning the listed price includes all taxes and import duties for a seamless delivery experience — please note that these fees are paid directly to U.S. / Canadian Customs and are non-refundable in the event of a return.

Your refund will therefore apply only to the product’s base price, excluding these non-refundable costs (approximately 50% of the total).

As the listed price includes shipping, duties, and taxes — costs specific to each order — exchanges are not possible.

If you wish to receive a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order.

End of life

If you wish to part with your pieces, we encourage you to hand them down to someone else to elongate their life. However, if this is no longer feasible, send them back to us.

US/Canada Tax & Duties

As of October 2025, all US & Canadian orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning import duties, taxes, and tariffs are included in the final price for a smooth delivery experience.

Please note that these fees are non-refundable in the event of a return, as they are paid directly to US/Canada Customs at the time of import. Your refund will therefore cover the product value only.
